The Austrian Body for Mine Rescue and Gas Defence (Hauptstelle für das Grubenrettungs- und Gasschutzwesen) is proud to invite you to the 12th International Mines Rescue Body Conference, which will be held in Salzburg, Austria, in the heart of Europe from Sunday, September 21 to Thursday, September 25, 2025.
Since the founding of the International Mines Rescue Body, biennial international conferences ensure a continuous improvement of mines rescue and mine safety through the sharing of knowledge and cooperation.
Salzburg W. A. Mozart Airport is the second-largest airport in Austria and served by many airlines. We recommend that you select Salzburg (SZG) as your destination. Salzburg is also connected to the international railway network. If you choose to arrive by train, your destination will be Salzburg Main Station (Salzburg Hauptbahnhof).
